The Wallet section is there to provide you information on any Fungible Tokens (FTs) that you have tied to your wallet. Fungible Tokens can be, but are not limited to, HASH, USD, USDF, Bitcoin, or any other Structured Asset that you've been granted supply.

Clicking on a Token will take you to Explorer for you to view more details about it.

You can also transfer your Tokens to another address. Simply click Transfer at the top right of the screen. Here you will choose the Denom (name of the Token you wish to transfer), the address of the recipient, and the amount you wish to send.
